Summary: Excellent staff. Space satisfactory. Apartment is tired and requires attention. No insect screens and no a/c. Blinds are not correct size and do not keep light out at night. Lounge requires black out blinds also as the light from Sam’s Club is exceptionally bright. Main bedroom only has 1 bedside lamp and 2nd bedroom has no bedside lamps and only 1 bedside table. Also only 1 power outlet and it was located on the other side of the room. Door handle on 2nd bathroom hanging off. Knob on washing machine or dryer missing. Seal on fridge door coming off. Kitchen countertop was dirty. No tissues. No kitchen towel for drying dishes. Main bathroom door doesn’t fully open. Finally the elevator was out of service and only told a couple of days before. We were on the 5th floor! My wife is 70, I am 79, so it was bad for us .
